Warranty Policy
Product warranty is: to fix defects, technical problems that occur due to manufacturer’s fault.
1. Terms of warranty Products are warranted Free of charge if the warranty card is still valid according to the manufacturer’s regulations for each type of product (from the date of delivery of the product to the customer) Method insurance:
- Products that are defective or technically damaged by the manufacturer will be repaired and replaced 100% FREE of charge;
- The warranty covers the product under normal operating conditions.
- Warranty by warranty card and signed contract.
- Warranty only when the product has the original stamp, label on the product.
2. Warranty conditions Warranty conditions are complied with as specified by the manufacturer. The following cases are NOT covered by the FREE warranty:
- Product has expired warranty or lost warranty card.
- The warranty card is torn, erased, scraped or not in accordance with the regulations of HCL Company.
- Products are damaged due to external factors such as natural disasters, floods, thunder, fire, accidents, improper use of instructions,
- inappropriate power supply, poor product preservation, etc. (Non-manufacturer fault).
- Warranty DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping and handling costs.
- In the event that the warranty is not covered, if you have a repair or replacement request, all related costs will be borne by the customer.
